What we do
DL Ecom International Ltd is a UK-incorporated e-commerce operator. We run a small group of independent online retail stores, each focused on a specific category and market, and we manage the shared functions behind them: supplier relationships, order fulfilment, customer support and payment processing.
Our stores sell physical consumer goods — apparel, footwear, accessories and jewellery — directly to individual customers online. Products are sourced from manufacturers and wholesale suppliers and shipped to customers using a dropshipping and hybrid-fulfilment model, meaning stock is held and shipped by our logistics partners rather than in a company-owned warehouse.
Policies
Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout for each store. Customers receive tracking information by email once an order ships.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process orders and provide customer support — name, contact details, shipping address and payment confirmation. Data is not sold to third parties and is handled in line with UK GDPR requirements.
